Please read Hazie's Terms of Service before purchasing.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my models or assets, you agree to follow the terms below. These terms apply to all products unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise.

Violation of these terms may result in loss of access to my products, server, and/or store, as well as DMCA takedown requests.

GENERAL USAGE

• No refunds. All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
  
  
• You may edit the avatar for personal use. My avatar must still be credited when required, and you may not claim the avatar or any of its assets as your own.
  
  
• You may use my avatars in online content such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Credit is always appreciated.
  
  
• You may use my assets on VRChat avatars, including commercial, free, and public avatars.
  
  
• Bundles are limited per person. Purchasing a bundle does not allow multiple people to use every avatar. Each purchaser may only use the copy intended for them. When gifting an avatar or purchasing a bundle for someone else, the recipient's VRChat username, Discord username, and email must be provided.
  
  
• You may not share my models/assets in any way or upload them to someone else's account or publicly.
  
  
• You may not extract, reuse, or sell individual assets from my avatar.
  
  
• You may not claim my avatar or any of its assets as your own.
  
  
• My 3D models and assets may not be used, uploaded, or ported to games, platforms, or services other than VRChat unless I have explicitly given permission.
  
  
• You may not feed, upload, or submit my 3D models, assets, textures, or other work into AI tools or use them for AI training or generation.
  
  
• All usage of my avatars & assets including free and Nitro assets, must be properly credited to Hazie with a link to my store or Discord.

BANS

• Being banned from my Discord server means being banned from my store.
  
  
• Ban evasion through alternate accounts or other means is not permitted.
  
  
• If you believe you were banned unfairly or would like to appeal a previous ban,

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee an unban. Appeals take time to process, and decisions are final. Please be patient & understanding.
